Inheriting the Ethos, values and blessings of his parents Late Shri Om Prakash Malhotra and Late Smt. Nirmal Malhotra, Mr. Deep Malhotra nourished a silent but focused dream on building an Empire of his own in the field of Alcohol Industry. Founded by Shri Omprakash Malhotra in 1987, the Oasis Group is going to complete a long journey under the inspirational leadership of Mr. Deep Malhotra. It is the contribution and commitment of the three generations that resulted in one of the premier liquor makers in India, and a group that owns 4star hotels. Oasis Group is the biggest ethyl alcohol exporters and the largest exporter of grain based ENA from India to the entire world. Oasis is ambitious to bring some desirable changes in India’s fuel & energy sector with its highly anticipated ethanol based renewable energy project, which will help our country to cut savings on imports on account of fuel costs. It will also be a great initiative to make India a pollution free country.

Innovations that Led the Organisation to Newer Heights

The Oasis Group of Companies started with a humble beginning by establishing its first unit – Oasis Group in the year 1987. Since, then the Oasis Group has had a remarkable growth and within a short span of 14 years has emerged to be one of the fastest growing liquor group with five ‘State of Art’ Grain Based Distilleries and three own Bottling units with a collective Grain Spirit production of more than 18 crore litres per annum which makes them one of the largest producers of Grain based Alcohol in the Country and an IMFL production capacity of more than 2 crore cases per annum. The core business strength of the Group is Alcohol Production and Manufacturing and Marketing of Grain Based Indian Made Foreign Liquor.

Today, the group has a wide distribution network across the nation and its hotels & resorts division is also touching new heights of success.
