The Group boasts a cadre of highly qualified and experienced professionals, integrating a balanced expertise of technocrats, financial specialists, and management leaders. Recognizing emerging opportunities within the Ethanol industry, particularly driven by proactive initiatives of the Government of India to enhance ethanol blending, the Group has strategically established multiple ethanol production facilities to capitalize on this burgeoning sector.
Alcohol and Ethanol production form the core competencies of the Group, complemented by the manufacturing and marketing of premium grain-based Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL). Oasis Group stands among the leading producers of Ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) in India, with a current production capacity of approximately 1,510 KLPD. The Group has also extended its expertise to ancillary industries by generating captive power, capturing and utilizing carbon dioxide (CO2), and marketing Dried Distillers Grain with Solubles (DDGS), a key component in the livestock feed sector.
The Group currently operates five state-of-the-art grain-based distilleries companies, with a combined annual production capacity of approximately 360 million liters of grain spirit. In addition, the Group markets an impressive portfolio of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) brands, including the flagship All Seasons, with an annual sales volume of 4 million cases, alongside other premium offerings. Oasis Group has established a strong market presence across 18 states and two Union Territories, including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tripura, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam, and Goa, along with the Union Territories of Chandigarh and Daman & Diu. Furthermore, the Group actively exports Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and IMFL to various international markets.

Obtained LOI from Madhya Pradesh Govt. for a 25 KLPD molasses-based distillery.
Commissioned and started production at Oasis Distilleries Ltd. (25 KLPD).
Established a 1.5 million case/year bottling plant at Sande Hasam, Ferozepur (Punjab).
Commissioned a grain-based distillery at Borali under ODL; capacity enhanced to 50 KLPD.
Commissioned a 55 KLPD grain-based distillery at Zira, Punjab under Malbros International Pvt. Ltd.
Received LOI for a grain distillery and brewery in Bathinda under Om Sons Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
Expanded Malbros Zira from 55 to 95 KLPD; began a new 80 KLPD plant at Sangat Kalan, Bathinda.
Acquired two 120 KLPD units from Chaddha Group (Oasis Commercial Pvt. Ltd. and Oasis Overseas Exports Pvt. Ltd.
Received LOI for a bottling plant at Chandigarh; commissioned operations in Jan 2016.
Ethanol production plants commissioned at Oasis Commercial, Malbros International, and Om Sons Marketing.
Expanded Malbros Zira & Om sons facility with 180 KLPD each Ethanol Plants.
Established Oasis Ethanol Industries Pvt. Ltd. (320 KLPD) at Jatwar, Haryana. and Commissioned a New 160 KLPD unit at Batiyura, Shahjahanpur (U.P.) under Malbros International Pvt. Ltd.
Successfully achieved the milestone dispatch of 16.32 million cases of flagship brand, All Seasons, in Mar-25.
Expanded Malbros (U.P.) to 200 KLPD; commissioned 125 KLPD unit at ODL Indore.
