The elder son of Shri Deep Malhotra, serves as a Director in the Group's companies. A graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, he plays a key role in brand development, product launches, marketing, and sales. Additionally, he oversees the company's retail operations, driving strategic growth and market expansion.
Shri Gautam Malhotra plays a pivotal role in driving the Group's growth, with a strong focus on ENA and IMFL exports and the Delhi Foreign Liquor market. His strategic vision and business acumen contribute to strengthening the Group's presence in domestic and international markets. With a keen understanding of market dynamics, he is instrumental in driving growth, forging key business partnerships, and enhancing the Group's competitive edge in the industry.
An M.A. (Economics) and M.B.A. from IIM Bangalore, Mr. Biju Vasudevan is a seasoned marketing professional with over 33 yearsof experience in managing corporate affairs. He joined the Group in 2000 as Vice President – Marketing and currently serves as the Group President. Over the past 23 years, he has been deeply involved in market development and export strategies, traveling extensively to establish and nurture distribution channels across India and abroad. He is an active participant in various trade bodies and management associations.
A highly accomplished Chartered Accountant, Mr. Ajay Goyal brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in managing financial and corporate governance frameworks. As the Group CFO, he is recognized for his dynamic leadership, financial acumen, and innovative approach to business transformation. Mr. Goyal has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations, including Globus Spirits Limited, Jaguar Overseas Ltd., Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd., and Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd. His expertise in strategic financial planning, corporate restructuring, risk management, and regulatory compliance has positioned him as a visionary leader driving sustainable growth
